With an engineering mindset and business background following a successful career in the management of electronics companies, Bill brings his enthusiastic experience to support Debbie’s clients in many ways.
Often called upon to facilitate property inspections, repairs, and electronic signatures, he also provides marketing support with property websites and the production of beautiful brochures.
Deeply experienced (some might say “old” and he now has the gray hair to show for it) Bill has built houses, bought, managed and sold rental properties, and refinanced many mortgages. He knows how hard and scary it can be to buy or sell a home, and brings an empathic approach to Debbie’s clients.
Licensed in real estate since 2013, Bill got his Broker license in 2018 and enjoys how every sale presents unique challenges.
