Downtown San Diego has gone through a re-birth with Petco Park, Little Italy and the Gaslamp Quarter as some of the new, trendy fun places to live and play.  Add to that a new biotech hub, IQHQ being built near the waterfront, and you’ve got an urban lifestyle that can’t be beat, especially if you are enjoying the view of San Diego Bay.  Public transit makes San Diego an even more accessible place to live.
